Finding and Listening to your inner voice:

I ran around the track behind my apartment building tonight, reflecting on my day. And I realized that although I’m a pretty outspoken individual, I have my moments of not saying exactly what I want or need to say. I found myself confused and questioning many things in my mind by the end of the day. So I decided to run. But I realized that as I was physically running, I was also emotionally and mentally running as well; *running away* And that in itself upset me slightly, due to the fact that I’m also encouraging others to getFREE. Today was the day when I needed to follow my own saying. I’m feeling better after my run, but I know now more than ever that finding and listening to your inner voice is imperative for self growth. 

So let us quiet our minds, to be able to hear that voice and reach true happiness. One step at a time.
